We offer comprehensive eye exams, contact lens evaluations, medical eye care, and high quality fashion optical. Patients tell us they enjoy their visit and they learn something everytime.

At Hillcrest Vision our goal is to provide the highest quality eye care experience to every patient. Here you will never feel like a number. Starting with our history evaluation we look into your hobbies and interests. We evaluate how you use your eyes at work and at play. And we develop a customized plan to meet your needs. Our optical is unlike any other you will experience. You will get a one on one consultation with our frame expert to determine a lens and frame that will best meet your needs. Everything we do here is different, and you are at the center of our focus.

One of the things that I am really excited about is the treatment and management of dry eye, specifically in patients who’ve been told they can’t wear contact lens anymore. What we find is that dry eye can be caused by many different things, and by spending a little time with the patient to determine what their triggers are, we can customize a treatment plan for them that will not only cure them of their symptoms of dry eye, but allow them to get back to contact lens wear.

One of my favorite parts about being an eye doctor is hearing about patients who’ s lives I’ve really impacted. One of those patients was a little girl that was 8 years old when she came to see me first. She came in complaining of having headaches and blurry vision, she was having trouble in reading and math in school. We did her eye exam and found out that she did need a pair of glasses to see better. She came back the following year for her eye exam and her mother cried as she gave me a hug and told me how I completely and totally changed her daughter’s world. She told me about her daughter had gone from the remedial reading and math groups to the highest group in her grade level. She was so thrilled at the impact that a simple pair of glasses made on her daughter’s academic future.

In our changing healthcare system, it’s important that patients to realize that they need to be their own advocate. Ask questions. Make sure you understand every aspect of what your doctor is talking about, and if you don’t understand something, ask them to repeat it. After all you are paying for you healthcare and you need to make sure you are in charge of it.
